Online Orders
On the details page for each publication is an order button. At the end of our check out process you will be able to submit your delivery information before being taken to PayPal for secure payment.
We accept payment by all major Credit Cards via PayPal.
Orders by Post or Fax
At the bottom of this page are pdf Order Forms that you can download and print to send with your payment.
Money Back Guarantee
Money will not be refunded on journals. If you decide not to keep a book, manual or operation primer, for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, in a saleable condition, for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs.
Returns
If you decide to return your publication, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it for an exchange or refund for the full value of the publication, less shipping costs.
Return shipping is free of charge.
All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment Types
We accept all major credit cards but we do not accept debit cards.
We accept cheques made payable to Euromed Communicatons Ltd. Payment, net of charges, must be made in £ sterling drawn on a UK bank, or euros drawn on a European or UK bank. If you wish to pay in euros, please contact us for the price of a publication in euros.
Companies in EU countries (excluding UK) must supply their Sales Tax Number. Our Sales Tax (VAT) No. is GB 615 4655 40.
